The Inventory and Pricing Support Specialist will play a critical role in helping to build the foundation for improved data governance, which is necessary for our ongoing efforts to optimize inventory and pricing processes.

**Position Summary**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Create a standard process for vendor and product data collection, maintenance, and governance by leveraging product experts in the branches
- Ensure the accurate setup of products in the ERP system through validation using internal sources and third-party portals.
- Validate data on a regular schedule to maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies in product data.
- Facilitate the system onboarding process for new suppliers.
- Ensure all supplier information is accurately entered and maintained in the system.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve any setup issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of special pricing contracts.
- Ensure all special pricing contract details are accurately reflected in the system.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to address any contract-related queries or issues.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators and product data.
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting requests.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required.
- 1-3 years professional work experience in a relevant role
- Self-starter with solid time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced business environment
- Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset
