We are looking for Finance Administrator to join our **Toronto **office. This is a full-time hybrid position (2 days in office).

**What you'll do**:

- Process new projects working in Purchasing, A/R & A/P

Purchasing:

- Review and verify pricing files of technical equipment and software configurations, supplier quotations and partner special approvals to ensure compliance and accurate pricing of the orders
- Follow up on any discrepancies in pricing, discounts, quantities, or equipment prior to submitting purchase orders to suppliers
- Create and submit time sensitive and accurate purchase orders (POs) to suppliers
- Track orders from initial shipment to final delivery and installation

Accounts Receivable:

- Review and verify company's quotes and customer's POs to ensure accurate pricing of the invoice, then create and submit time sensitive and accurate invoices and credit memos to customers
- Receive and verify customer payments (checks and EFTs), record the payments and deposit checks at the bank.
- Track and record fees and rebates

Accounts Payable:

- Verify and create sales tax exempt certificates to vendors as required
- Verify and process vendor bills and send a request for dispute resolution as required
- Follow up with vendors for invoices and credits
- Assist the Director of Finance, management and accountant with requests as needed
- Maintain and update company records
- Review and approve employee's monthly expenses
- Various administrative duties

**What you'll need**:
:

- Completed post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required
- Ability to manage accounting cycle of project from start to end
- The ability to effectively react to changes and incoming team requests, in a growing environment
- The ability to work in a dynamic and high-volume environment
- The ability to switch between different stage of accounting cycle as needed in purchasing, accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests, commitments, and tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fantastic administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Task-oriented with high regard for work ethic
