**JOB TITLE**:**Finance Administrator

**EFFECTIVE DATE**:
**SUMMARY**: Provides financial assistance by managing the organization's financial processes, financial strategy and monitoring cash flow to help the company achieve its financial goals.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
.- Contributes to the development of Pineapple Finance & Operations- Maintains Financial department files and records including daily transactions, invoices, and reimbursements.- Administers payments and invoices.- Researches problem invoices; interfaces with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile.- Prepares financial reports and budgets such income statements, balance sheets.- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.- Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable- Administers month-end close and runs monthly reports as required.- Monitors Cash flow, track financial metrics and provides information to support decision making.- Communicates with other departments, external contractors, and stakeholders on financial matters.- Performs general clerical duties as needed including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, and mailing.- Directs Company’s investment and monitor performance according to set goals/- Assists with special financial projects as needed.- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree on Finance or related field,- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Relevant certifications such as CCA or CPA are an asset
- Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and analyze financial data
- Advance Skills on MS Excel and with accounting software
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
