** The position is 100% work from home with the exception of picking up the equipment in our local office on the 1st day. **

- Tiered salary increase: Salary during the first 90 days will be at $16. Following the probationary period, salary will be at $18 + montly bonus going up to 500$.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary service to customers through inbound calls.
- Negotiate payment agreements and collect balances.
- Resolve issues related to billing and collection measures.
- Assist customers with their equipment.

**Position requirements**:

- Able to work variable shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and weekends.
- Able to follow a 5 week training without interruption
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Focused on customer service and problem solving.
- Computer literate and able to multi-task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
