Responsibilities / Qualifications / Requirements

We are looking for the person who is proud to be the face of The Vape House Ecigs in Pickering and can become the foundation of support for our customers, while upholding our culture, our beliefs, and our business objectives.

Starting Salary: $15.50 - $16.00 / hour
- Intermediate / Advanced Vaping & E-Cigarette knowledge is a must.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Keep a sense of urgency
- Ability to keep your personal life separate from work
- Professionalism and personable manner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Greet and responds to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Operate cash register in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Provide great customer service and assistance with product selection.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches
- Must be able to work a flexible shift: Mornings, Evenings and weekends
- Embody our company culture
- Able to give and receive constructive or positive feedback
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Previous vaping retail experience is a big plus

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
