Sales Representative

**Salary**: $17/hr + Commission

Benefits: Full Benefits package after 6 months.

Running the day-to-day sales activities of the business:

- Oversee daily sales:

- Take incoming sales calls
- Claim online sales leads and estimates
- Conduct daily sales follow ups with existing customers
- Schedule weekly on site estimates for franchisee
- Communicate daily / weekly sales goals to Operations
- Manage store front sales and inventory
- Engage in TMT approved marketing activities
- Work closely with Lansing pay per click team and TMT Canada to maintain a

strong social media presence within territory.
- Prepare weekly sales report to be discussed with the franchisee

Qualifications Required:

- Min 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Ability to communicate easily to every level of the organization and customers
- Ability to create and present reports
- Ability to think outside the box and make decisions with minimum supervision
- Ability to improve and / or create systems to enhance day to day sales performance of the

company.
- Must be able to work long shifts and weekends if needed.

Must be willing to commit long term and be able to grow with the organization.

Pay: $17 - $20 / hour

Supplemental pay:

- Bonus pay
