We are seeking a Coordinator, Business Operations for a full-time position in our Winnipeg office; an individual who is personable & professional, a self-starter, and exceptionally organized. You like to jump in and work with others as part of a great team. You will help us grow by providing support and organizational structure for our Winnipeg, San Diego, and Manila offices, along with our team of remote employees across North America.
**This will be an in-office position, Monday to Friday.**
**This position includes**:

- General reception duties including greeting visitors, coordinating mail and couriers, and maintaining the office and supplies
- Maintaining and updating company and employee records using our HRIS and ERP systems
- Organizing company events, in-person and virtual team-building activities, company lunches, staff meetings
- General administrative support for our executive team
- Are friendly and welcoming with a professional approach
- Have experience with Office 365 and human resource information systems (HRIS)
- Are comfortable setting up and using office equipment (laptops, monitors) as well as using and learning new software systems
- Have a high degree of accuracy and exceptional organizational skills
- Possess superior written and verbal communication skills
- Have 1-2 years proven work experience in an office environment
