**Position Overview**
As the first point of contact with our Members, the **Client Services Coordinator** plays a vital role in creating a lasting first impression. Bringing a positive energy and consistently providing exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

You will perform your duties and responsibilities for the Company primarily from our office located in** Winnipeg, MB.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members.
- Work closely with Tax Advisors, serving as a liaison between advisors and Members to ensure communications, appointments, and inquiries are effectively managed.
- Assist Members by providing relevant CRA links for installment calculations, benefit information, online payments, and query clarification, as well as sharing updates from CRA as needed.
- Respond to CRA inquiries regarding Members, escalate issues as appropriate, and request documents such as remittance vouchers, reissued letters, and statements of account.
- Update and maintain workflows to ensure a seamless process between Member Advisors and Operations, enhancing efficiency and communication across teams. Direct questions and concerns to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials.
**What You Will Bring**
**Education and Experience**
- 2+ years of direct customer service experience, delivering exceptional support
- Business Administration diploma or certificate with a focus on bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with tax processes and bookkeeping is an asset, enabling better support of Member inquiries and document management.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Great at using good judgment to build strong customer relationships.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed telephone etiquette, to liaise effectively with Members, advisors, and third parties.
- Document Management Proficiency
- Skilled at updating and maintaining workflows.
- Capable of independently resolving issues and knowing when to escalate concerns appropriately.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An aptitude for learning.
