**Responsibilities**:
1. Welcome patients warmly and display a positive demeanor as they arrive.

2. Foster strong connections with patients.

3. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries courteously and efficiently.

4. Schedule appointments and manage the chiropractors' calendar.

5. Collect patient information and maintain accurate records in the system.

6. Clearly and effectively communicate clinic policies and procedures.

7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as file management, and billing.

8. Able to fulfill marketing duties with client outreach, focusing on attracting new patients and prospects.

9. Knowledge of key office performance numbers using analytical tools, trends, areas for enhancement, and opportunities for growth is an asset.

10. Keep the reception area tidy and organized.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
4. Empathy and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
5. Basic knowledge of office software and appointment management systems.

**Wage Range**:To be determined upon experience and qualifications met

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V5Z 3X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
