We are looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is the perfect position for anyone looking to work in a fast-paced environment that handles multiple clients at the same time. Must be bilingual (English and French)

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry
- Customer service
- Managing invoices and other requirements internally and for clients
- Taking care of inbound and outbound calls
- Booking current and new clients
- Answering clients queries and identify new business opportunities
- Working within our software
- Following up with potential clients.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Bilingual French and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
