**Position Overview**

As the Customer Service Representative you will work closely in partnership with other team members at your location and the rest of the inter-company team. The day to day focus will be scheduling and dispatching. You will be the first point of contact with valued customers in the Montreal location. This is a full time position in our Montreal office Monday to Friday. A comprehensive benefits package is also included along with a company cell phone.

**Responsibilities Overview**
- Customer service first point of contact, dispatching and schedule management.
- Manages incoming service requests with ease while providing outstanding customer service.
- A natural problem solver that always puts the client first and makes fulfilling a service request easy for the customer to fit their schedule.
- Hands on experience and/or an educational background in customer service, service coordination or administrative assistance.
- Ensures the success of technicians in day to day activities while they carry out services to the client you have arranged.

**Qualifications**
- You have on the job experience and/or an educational background in customer service, service coordination and administration.
- Experience working in an office with outside skilled trades is an asset.
- Experienced in managing and maintaining client accounts.
- Experienced in managing and ensuring the retention and success of employees.
- Experience and knowledge preferred in scheduling, dispatching and inside sales.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently and as a team member.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Capable of learning how to use various in house software programs used company wide.
- Bilingual with an excellent command of both the English and French language.
