**Job Summary**

We are looking for someone motivated to help our company grow and reach new limits. Michelangelo Moulding is a Canadian moulding distributor serving all of Canada and United States. Our company has gained a significant presence in the framing world over the years. Our small offices allow for a more familiar and responsive workplace.

The position in question is a Customer Service representative. We are looking for someone versatile and organized who understands the business world and will be able to help our company in all its facets. The person in question needs to be bilingual and be able to work well with others.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Listen to the needs and resolve situations
- Accompany our clients in their various requests
- Ensure the optimal level of customer service and professionalism is provided
- Analyze data/information with our Operating System SAP and with Excel
- Get to know our business and able to answer varieties of questions on our products and industry

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including word, excel and outlook
- Able to handle stress and stressful situations
- Proactive and able to make rational decisions
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Able to communicate in French

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
