Pride Container Services is looking for a Dispatcher/Communications Specialist to join our team in Lachine, Quebec. This is a Full-Time position working 40 hours weekly (Hours can change based on Operational Needs).

The incumbent will act as the first line of communication with all staff, customers, and clients. A major part of the role involves directing and processing information at a high rate of speed. Must have previous Dispatch experience, Customer Service experience, and be Professional in Appearance.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as a front-line representative of Pride Container Services and provide excellent customer service
- Identifying quality guards and scheduling on-site and off-site guard training
- Quick response time with dispatching last-minute guards due to emergencies, book-offs, events, etc
- In bound and outbound phone calls
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Qualifications**:

- 1 year experience in Dispatch/CSR
- Fluent English **(**writing - speaking - listening)
- Outstanding inbound/outbound phone experience
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Open availability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
