**Customer Service / Retail Associate - Women’s Medical Specialty Store**

**Qualifications**

  • Retail experience required
  • Comfortable using computers and performing general office tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Medical knowledge or experience (such as a retired nurse or someone familiar with healthcare products) is a plus a hair stylist is also well suited

**Schedule**

- Must be available to work **Saturdays**

  • Must be available **1-2 evenings per week**

**Job Duties**

  • Provide compassionate, personalized assistance to clients in a supportive, professional environment
  • Help clients select **chemotherapy hats, scarves, and wigs** suited to their needs and preferences
  • **Fit clients for mastectomy bras, breast forms, and lymphedema sleeves** with care and accuracy

- Maintain detailed records of **client accounts, orders, and fittings**

  • Learn product information and fitting techniques; ongoing study and training are expected
  • Handle **product pricing, inventory management, and restocking** as needed
  • Perform **general office duties**, including computer work, filing, and answering phones
  • Assist with **store cleaning and organization** to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Support the team in maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere for clients and coworkers
