**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options.
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Accounts Receivables to obtain payment from customers that are outstanding.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- other related office admin tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
