**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Communicate service recommendations to customers based on technician diagnostics
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services or products

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a automotive repair shop is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Sales experience is a plus as the role involves upselling recommended services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
