**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to team members, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer support.
- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to maintain up-to-date records.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental receptionists to coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules effectively.
- Implement organizational systems to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in proofreading documents for accuracy is a plus.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a healthcare or dental setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $52,642.62-$81,036.65 per year
