**Experience**:

- 10+ years industry related petrochemical experience
- 5+ years turnaround operations experience
- 5+ years leadership experience (informal or formal)

**Skills**:

- General knowledge of all HPC units
- Expert in Turnaround Work Process
- Expert skillset in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, SAP)
- Primavera planning & scheduling methodology and toolset
- Strong communication and developed interpersonal skills
- MS Office and data management

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

- Leads the Operations TA & Outage Planning deliverables and supports hands on planning of Critical Operation deliverables.
- Leads Operations Planners to ensure timely completion of Operations TA & Outage deliverables.
- Interface with production scheduling on unit constraints and unit optimization and translate the TA plan into the TA Process Availability.
- Ensures all Operations planning processes are in line with the TA and Outage Operation planning procedure. Process focal for the Operation Planning procedure.
- With the assistance of the Unit Planner defines the shutdown and start up strategy in summary level detail. This information should be proposed to the Event working Team in a timeline that shows key decontamination and start up activities along with an indication of the work items that may drive the mechanical window critical path.
- Ensure there is a decontamination strategy developed for each unit (define the optimal approach to de-contamination basis the scope of TA work and process unit specifics).
- Support initial scope collection, scope review and work list revision processes.
- Tracks and reports status of all event Macro plan Operations activities in relation to agreed timing and brings focus to areas that need improvement.
- Finalize operations schedule which is a fully integrated schedule that accurately describes the TA duration and is comprised of three distinct periods:

- 1.Shutdown/Decontamination
- 2.Execution
- 3. Commissioning/Start-up
- Ensure documentation and development of daily permitting Strategy and Procedure if deviation is required from current process.
- Lead the Operations Team through the Event operation standard of work and provide Leadership to Operations through TA & Outage pre work, execution, and post work.
- Supports the TA scope challenge/ Optimization process and is responsible to ensure quality scope.
- Creates a work environment where positive safety culture thrives.

Hours:
9x80 work schedule, Mon-Fri (every second Friday off)
