As a Junior Property Manager/Administrator, you will assist in the day-to-day management of our condominium properties. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in property management, offering opportunities for growth and development within the company.

**Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Support coordination of maintenance and repair activities for properties
- Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with service providers and vendors as required
- Maintain organized and accurate administrative records
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards
- Assist with various special projects and other duties as needed
- Keep internal records and contact lists current for staff and management
- Update building directories and notices as residents move in or out
- Distribute general communications and notices to residents
- Help address resident and owner concerns effectively
- Assist with invoice processing and general administrative accounting tasks
- Maintain organized office files and assist in updating internal policies
- Support regulatory filings and required documentation submissions
- _**Based primarily at the Mississauga Head Office, with occasional travel to managed properties within approx. 100 km**_

**Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: CMRAO Limited license
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in property management or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in property management is advantageous
- Reliable vehicle required
