**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the daily operations of property management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all tenant information is up-to-date.
- Track interactions with tenants and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance & monthly inspection activities
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and strategies to promote available units and enhance occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Prepare legal paperwork and appear in LTB or Small Claim court as needed

**Skills**
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in office administration tasks including MS excel data entry and cloud file organization.
- Previous experience in property management is required.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate agreements with tenants and service providers.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with city regulatory agencies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
