**The Centre for Posttraumatic Stress & Anxiety Treatment** (CPSAT) is seeking a part-time _**Billing Administrator**_ (2 days per week) to join our growing team of mental health and administrative professionals at our clinic in Edmonton. We are a specialist multi-disciplinary mental healthcare practice with a focus on providing evidence-based psychological treatments for posttraumatic stress and a range of anxiety problems. We cater to armed forces and public safety personnel, as well as to members of the general public.

For the _**Billing Administrator**_ we are seeking a highly organized individual with a friendly, professional manner and an acute eye for detail. Self-motivated workers with strong time management skills and an ability to work efficiently with mínimal direct supervision will be especially well-suited to the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation and Management**: Creating, finalizing, and issuing invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Payment Processing**: Handling the receipt and processing of payments from clients.
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintaining organized records of all billing transactions.
- **Client Communication**: Addressing client inquiries regarding billing issues and resolving discrepancies.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Reconciling billing accounts and ensuring accuracy.
- **Reporting**: Generating reports related to billing cycles, outstanding payments, and other relevant financial data.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong Numerical Skills**: Proficient in handling numerical data and performing calculations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy is crucial in billing processes to avoid errors.

- previous experience providing administrative assistance in a healthcare setting;
- education, training, and/or work experience in a mental health discipline.

**What we offer**:

- **a starting hourly rate of $23-27,** commensurate with qualifications and experience;
- 2 days (7.5 hours per day) of work per week, with flexibility in days/hours;
