Fleet Coordinator

Rocky Mountain House, Canada Bunch Welding Ltd. Full time

The Fleet Coordinator will oversee and maintain Bunch's fleet of trucks, vans, heavy equipment, and other vehicles. This is a new role and the description will evolve over time.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Sourcing fleet vehicles
- Ensures adherence to routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.
- Collaborates with various departments and staff to manage and reduce expenses.
- Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
- Drafts and presents reports to Financial Controller
- Performs other related duties as required.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Minimum of 3 years experience with fleet coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to access and navigate gravel parking lot.
- Must be able and willing report to employer’s premises - no hybrid or remote work
