_**Freight North Carriers is actively seeking a Dispatcher to join our team**_. _

We value individuals with heavy haul knowledge who can contribute to our

operations department and work collaboratively with our dispatch team. Please note

that the salary for this full-time position will be discussed with the hiring manager based

on experience during the interview.
- Coordinating, planning and scheduling routes and tasks for trucks, trailers, and

drivers.
- Managing fleet resources according to availability, schedule, and equipment

maintenance.
- Working with Maintenance on coordination and planning of equipment servicing
- Ensuring driver compliance
- Planning and scheduling
- Reviewing driver documents
- Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and

customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Trucking Dispatch including heavy haul knowledge.
- Computer knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and a problem solver.
- **Considered an asset**_
- Border Crossing Knowledge
- Permitting Knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
