Key responsibilities:

- Negotiating payment with customers to achieve positive financial outcomes for all parties
- Strong focus on educating customers on our client’s products and services
- Problem solving and objection handling to achieve account resolution
- Identifying vulnerable customers and offering support through our Financial Hardship program
- Meeting required KPIs, as set by your Team Leader
- Maintaining strong relationships with all team members and clients
- Ensuring that you are always working within the required industry compliance and regulations
- Adherence to strict and specific compliance and regulatory expectations

To be successful in this role you’ll need
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Basic data entry and numerical competence
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to actively problem solve and de-escalate customer complaints
- Ability to retain and disseminate product knowledge
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc)

**Salary**: $22.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
