**Role Description**

This is a permanent on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Vancouver, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will also process incoming garments and communicate with other team members, and assist with related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to create a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiar with POS software programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with environmentally friendly practices and cleaning procedures is a plus.

Pay: $17.75-$23.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Face to face customer service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
