Over the busy summer period, we're looking to increase on-site representation for all our clients across the region. This means we'll need to bring on board several new Customer Service Representatives over the next few weeks.

We provide regular customer service training along with on-site support and daily goal-setting sessions, so this is a great opportunity for people that want to gain experience and earn good money.

**Overview**:
Our Customer Service Representatives work as a team to engage with local consumers face-to-face in an effort to enhance a client's reputation and increase their market share.

**Your main responsibilities and objectives will include**:

- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Spreading social awareness of good causes
- Sharing success stories and future plans
- Building trust and rapport with customers
- Answering general customer questions
- Overcoming common concerns/objections
- Reading body language and facial expressions
- Gaining additional support from long-term donors
- Collecting relevant feedback and statistical data

**Hours**:
**Earnings**:
Earnings are paid on a weekly basis and are based on a daily/weekly wage plus additional pay for each completed transaction. The more hours and effort you put in, the more you earn Average weekly earnings for full-time representatives are $750-900 per week.

We also offer a range of incentives to motivate and push our team members. It's not uncommon for us to give out monetary bonus, tickets to sporting events or concerts, travel vouchers, electronics and more. For Customer Service Representatives that stay on in a permanent capacity, we will be offering advancement opportunities, travel opportunities, and coaching sessions with industry leaders in the New Year

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service Representatives need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in Canada due to the collection of consumer data and representation of the clients.
- This IS NOT a remote position. You'll need to be able to commute to our office in Vancouver on a daily basis.
- No specific work experience is required, but it is essential that you have a good understanding of consumer behavior and a track record of delivering above-average customer service. (We welcome customer-facing work experience such as retail sales, customer service, food service, bartending, reception/hosting, etc)
- No specific degrees nor educational qualifications are necessary, but degrees can be beneficial especially for those wanting to advance and build a career with us
