**Team Description**:
The purpose of the iQmetrix Marketing team is to be the face of the company and help it grow. We communicate with our prospects, customers, and the telecom industry while creating an overarching image that represents our company brand in a positive light. We use internal and external information to devise and implement strategies that bring awareness to our company brand, look for new market opportunities, and increase sales of products and services.

**Job Summary**:
Are you a dynamic and experienced marketing manager looking to positively impact customer growth, B2B lead generation, and brand awareness?
We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager to help us keep growing.
You will work with a team of marketers that are skilled across content, communications, social media, design, and product marketing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and manage all marketing automation, analytics, and integrations required to execute campaigns, including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, LinkedIn campaigns, tag management, etc.
- Raise brand awareness and drive B2B lead generation and nurture through advertising and marketing campaigns
- Manage the flow of leads from top of funnel to revenue generation, optimizing the lead to sales process as well as identifying and mitigating any gaps
- Meet with marketing and revenue teams to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies
- Develop new strategies that drive customers to the website and generate opportunities, and plan marketing campaigns based on those strategies
- Devise macro and micro views of our campaign calendar and coordinate with all stakeholders
- Design, organize, and execute campaigns effectively, on schedule, and on budget
- Accurately track and maintain budgets across campaigns and platforms
- Project-manage campaigns across marketing team stakeholders using Asana
- Work with marketing team to produce quality content for execution including coordinating the creation of new materials as needed
- Build, launch, optimize, and maintain paid search and display campaigns via Google Adwords, Demandbase, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage the content for paid advertising including display and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Conduct ad copy and banner ad testing per best practice to drive performance improvements
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
- Analyze sales statistics and use them to report on the success of marketing campaigns
- Measure and reports performance of all campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders via campaign briefs and project outlines
- Perform QA on campaign set-up and post-campaign launch
- Compile campaign retrospectives for all campaigns
- Research, review, and respond to current marketing and sales trends and optimize spend and performance based on those insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital and campaign marketing

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Solid track record in marketing B2B software solutions (marketing to enterprise clients and/or ABM experience a big plus)
- 3+ years of hands-on campaign execution and project management experience
- 2+ years of experience with paid search, display ads, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Great understanding of lead generation, KPIs, and business metrics and translating them into strategies for the team
- Strong background in digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, form and landing page optimization, and experience in running A/B tests for campaigns
- Familiar with B2B marketing tools such as Pardot and Demandbase (specific Pardot and/or Demandbase experience a big plus)
- Ability to effectively create and deliver new campaign ideas in a team setting
- Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
- Exceptional planning skills and ability to set goals and objectives, organize others with tasks, and maintain budgets
