The **Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist** plays a critical role in driving Avana’s online visibility and lead generation. This role is responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing performance data to inform marketing decisions. By leveraging data-driven insights, the **Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist** ensures Avana’s digital efforts contribute directly to resident acquisition, retention, and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Digital Advertising & Campaign Management _
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and third-party listing sites.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting strategies to maximize resident lead generation and minimize cost-per-click.
- Manage paid advertising budget to efficiently to maximize ROI while adhering to the company's financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to develop ad visuals and copy that align with Avana’s objectives and target audiences.
- Post and update all rental listings on the company website and third-party websites.
- SEO/SEM Strategy & Website Optimization _
- Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage meta descriptions, backlinks, and schema markup.
- Partner with IT to ensure technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, etc.) is consistently improved.
- Implement and manage SEM campaigns, monitoring search performance and adjusting for maximum ROI.
- Website Analytics & Reporting _
- Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Ubersuggest.
- Develop monthly performance reports on traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking tools to assess digital marketing success and optimize the user journey.
- Data-Driven Insights & Optimization _
- Use data to inform marketing strategies, adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics to improve results.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to ensure Avana’s digital presence remains competitive and innovative.
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and website features to identify opportunities for increased conversion rates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or SEO/SEM management.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite), Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing website optimization projects and implementing tracking tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).

**Compensation Package**:

- **Benefits**:Dental and medical benefits package. 80% of the cost is covered by Avana. Option for the employee to purchase disability and life insurance.
- **Pension**:The Pension Plan will commence in your second year of employment. 2% of salary matched in year two, 3% of salary matched in year three, 4% of salary matched in year four and 5% of salary matched in year five.
- **Vacation Entitlement**:20 business days per year. Must be accumulated prior to taking them.
- **Annual Bonus**:Opportunity to earn up to 10% of salary as an annual bonus.
- **Probation Period**:The probation period is 90 days from the start date.
- **Criminal Record Checks**are required for all Avana employees prior to being hired. This will
