**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the account management team to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other DSPs.
- Conduct customer and market research, including SEM keyword research, for each advertising campaign to ensure campaigns reach the desired audience.
- Manage UTM tracking codes and other ad tracking technologies to ensure advertising campaigns are properly tracked throughout the customer’s journey.
- Dive deep into analytics and metrics to ensure our campaigns deliver outstanding results and provide continuous insights.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising world and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Track key advertising metrics, including CTR, CPM, Impressions, total spend, bounce rate, and conversion rate, and provide reports to key stakeholders.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience in developing and managing successful advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other DSPs.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Strong critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges and devise innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
