Cleaners’ mission is to provide reliable, courteous, and responsive commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance services - and peace of mind - to large, multi-location customers and smaller, single-location customers alike. We are looking for employees who can provide good customers service and satisfy our client's needs. Our office is located in Woodbridge, ON.

We are currently looking for full-time experienced call/sales representative for our business in the Greater Toronto Area. The number of hours will depend on the job (we have jobs for full-time and part-time). The job responsibilities will include:

- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Driver's License and vehicle
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M3T 3A4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
