Call Taker

Are you friendly, outgoing, and good at talking with people? Can you provide excellent customer service? Are you computer and telephone savvy?

As a valued employee, you would be the face of the company and the first person our clients speak to. You will be a vital link between our clients and our Dispatchers, and your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving calls from potential and/or returning customers
- Be friendly
- Communicate clearly and audibly
- Always represent the company positively
- Capture accurate customer information including Name, Telephone#, Address, Location, required service, and any other relevant information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency at all times
- Submit all relevant information to the Service Dispatcher

**Requirements**:
A friendly disposition.
Clear communication, organizational, and team working skills with the ability to multitask in a fluid environment.
The ability to take direction and learn on the go.
Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls with patience, respect, and a calm manner.

Preferable: Previous Customer Service Experience.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Long-term position with plenty of potential for quick advancement, especially for those showing strong leadership skills.
- Both full-time and part-time options are available
- Flexible position, offering both morning and evening shifts, in a casual, friendly, and fun environment, where we appreciate your energy and ideas
- Dispatcher positions are also available - but Dispatching experience is required.
