We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with general office and clerical administrative duties including sorting/matching paperwork, scanning, and year-end/month-end duties
- Managing filing system
- Data entry
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Maintaining supply inventory for office and kitchen.
- Reconcile vendor statements, prepare cheques.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department
- Assist in other areas as necessary

**Job Requirements**
- 1 year of office experience
- Highschool Diploma

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
- Excellent verbal, written-interpersonal and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt and learn new software
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient technical skill including MS Office
