We are a young and growing home renovation company located in Toronto, specializing in additions, full home renovations and new builds. We are a small team and we are looking for the right people to grow with us. We have lots of projects and a wide variety of work across the GTA.

We are currently seeking an experienced renovation or construction Site Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage and supervise multiple renovation projects.

The basic function of the Site Supervisor is to provide overall onsite leadership, management, and direction of the construction projects assigned to them and to enforce company and project policies to successfully deliver all projects, safely, in accordance to plans and specifications and within the promised budgets and timelines. The Site Supervisor must be extremely organized, reliable, punctual, hardworking, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work on a flexible schedule.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership in managing all aspects of construction projects to ensure cost effectiveness, quality work and timely completion
- Manage day-to-day communication with Clients
- Supervise and schedule staff, including approving Staff hours
- Resolve day-to-day Staff and Trades questions/issues
- Meet Trades onsite and oversee quality of work and scheduled completion of work
- Escalate any unresolved Client, Staff or Trades issues to Owner
- Update project information in Buildertrend system
- Coordinate with Office staff to ensure effective project scheduling, processing of Change Orders, project delays and timely billing as project phases are completed.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction and renovation projects
- Demonstrated understanding of project management in a construction environment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex construction projects
- Ability to resolve project disputes effectively and respectfully in a timeline manner
- Able to manage and inspire staff
- Ability to delegate effectively to staff and sub-contractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, analyze and develop solutions to complex issues
- Ability to prioritize various tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent attendance and time keeping

**Requirements**:

- 4 years of Site Supervisor experience in home renovation, home building or construction experience
- 10 years of home renovation, home building or construction experience required
- Must speak, write and understand English fluently
- G Drivers licence with a clean abstract required
- Willingness to drive to multiple sites as required throughout the GTA
- Criminal background check
- Must live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

**Assets**
- Experience with Buildertrend or other Construction Project Management Software
- Experience with Tarion
- Experience with Matterport 3D Software
- Health and safety certificates

**Compensation Package**
- $75,000 - $90,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Gas allowance

**Salary**:$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
