The Residential Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of specifically assigned job sites. The individual will lead a team of construction personnel (MDK workers and sub trades) to complete the project efficiently with great attention to detail. In addition, the individual will be required to perform necessary hands-on work on site that does not fall within another sub-trade's scope.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage all construction personnel onsite
- Communicate with the client as needed
- Perform hands-on work to assist with job completion
- Coordinate and arrange for materials required
- Enforce health and safety standards
- Coordinate meetings and prepare daily work log reports
- Report back to the employer on project status and red-flag items
- Maintain a schedule of timelines for each area of work to be completed
- Train new employees for the same or similar role as needed

The individual should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 3 years as a construction site supervisor
- Able to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to resolve conflict constructively
- Experience leading and motivating a team
- Able to oversee and update detailed timelines
- Great communicator
- Excellent organization skills
