**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor that will oversee the construction of estate custom-home projects. Site Supervisor will work in conjunction with a designated Construction Lead and Project Manager. The Site Supervisor is NOT required to procure trades or suppliers; however, minor assemblies to keep the flow of construction may be required. Site Supervisor will be required to direct, oversee, and control the day-to-day activities onsite - ensuring a high-level of quality while remaining on-schedule.

**Duties**
- Responsibility and control of onsite activity.
- Understanding subcontractors’ scope of work and facilitate proper completion of their work.
- Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager to provide project status updates, as well as ensure project objectives and milestones are met.
- Responsible to ensure daily onsite operations stay on track.
- Enforcing site safety.
- Read, interpret and communicate drawings and specifications.
- Documenting site conditions, project status and relevant administration.
- Coordinating and receiving deliveries, ensuring quantity and quality is correct.
- Keeping a clean construction site at all times.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Ensure all trades/suppliers meet scheduled timelines.
- Read shop-drawings, plans and specifications, and ensure that the scope of work is being adhered to onsite.
- Ensure all site activity is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Experience working in custom-home construction - including best practices, Ontario Building Code, building materials, equipment, etc.
- Experience organizing and scheduling site logistics, as well as providing clear directions to everyone onsite.
- Experience with and understanding of required approvals and regulatory processes (e.g. building inspections, building codes, TSSA, ESA, etc.).
- Experience working well under pressure to adhere to project completion dates.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a site supervisor for custom-homes.
- Experience and knowledge with skilled trades, and/or with construction project coordination.
- Ability to read shop drawings, permit plans (architectural, structural, mechanical, interior design, etc.), and construction specifications.
- Competency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and construction management software.
- Possession of a valid Class G driver’s license and ability to commute daily within the GTA.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
