**O**ur client, a reputable general contractor with decades of experience in retail and commercial construction, is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up builds.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise all site activities to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections
- Maintain daily site logs, manage attendance records, and enforce safety protocols
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
- Interface with clients onsite, particularly in operating retail environments
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce company health and safety policies
- Review drawings, monitor progress, and proactively solve issues on-site
- Submit weekly reports and participate in project meetings

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising construction projects, with a strong background in retail or commercial work
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Certifications in Working at Heights, CPR/First Aid, and Basics of Supervision
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall, framing, or other trade work is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); MS Project is an asset
- Flexibility to work nights or out of town as required by project demands
