Reporting to the Manager of Decision Support and Case Costing, the Decision Support Analyst (DS Analyst) works closely with the DS Consultants on detailed financial and activity reporting, and data analysis that supports TBRHSC's performance management cycle and process improvement activities. As well, the DS Analyst collects and reports activity statistics, and supports development of budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Education**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Information Management
- Certified Professional Accountant (CA, CMA, CGA) designation preferred but not required

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in consulting, financial reporting and data analysis, preferably in a health related field

**Skills**:

- Effective communication, interpersonal & collaboration skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player with the ability to influence and persuade
- Proven ability to work with staff and leaders at all levels of a complex healthcare/service sector organization to bring about improvement and achieve results
- Ability to work with the multidisciplinary team
- Superior skills in data management and manipulation using Excel (pivot tables, advanced filters, lookup functions, develop of macros)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload to meet various deadlines

Salary Range: $41.178 to 48.445
