Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing assisting in the development and technical support processes for our customers. In this role, you will answer product related queries, trouble shoot, resolve issues, and provide online / web-based training to new and existing customers. In addition You will also assist in other areas of the development process such as Quality Assurance depending on need
- Ability to provide technical support and telephone-based training
- Post-secondary education in Business or Computer Science is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing support and training environment
- Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, communication (verbal and written) and training skills
- Understanding of web-based development tools such as ASP.NET, HTML, JAVA and others is an asset
- Basic Understanding of database technologies and SQL is an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$47,500.00 per year
