**Pay: $75,429 - $94,300**

Reporting to the Manager - Financial Services, the Financial Analyst - Mental Health & Addictions (MH&A) is responsible for supporting the MH&A portfolio through statistical data analysis, financial reporting, and alignment with Ministry and internal financial standards. The role focuses on streamlining financial and statistical reporting, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to operational improvements within the portfolio.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in financial analysis, data reporting, or budgeting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with various partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, with excellent project and time management skills
- High-level analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) with intermediate skills in word processing and data entry.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS) and Ministry financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with Virtuo accounting software, Infomed, Meditech and other healthcare-related financial and statistical reporting systems.

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Must undergo a successful Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own transportation
