**Annual Salary: $56,920 - $71,136**

Reporting to the Director - Planning & Performance and working closely with the Decision Support Consultant, the Decision Support Analyst will provide analytical support to clinical directors and managers, assist in developing performance indicators and reports, perform audit processes to support data quality and support planning processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, health informatics or information management
- Minimum one year experience with data analytics

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Superior ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing at a level appropriate to the target audience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently, interdependently, and participate as contributing member of various teams to meet service goals
- Ability to analyze data and present information in a meaningful way
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Advanced skills in data management and manipulation using Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of Ontario healthcare funding methodologies and datasets

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own transportation
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
