Our multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Coquitlam is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

We offer services in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture, with a mission to support overall wellness and improve the quality of life for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for clients in person or over the phone.
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage insurance claims.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the clinic.
- Address client inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Washing and folding laundry.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience with Jane App software is required**:

- **Experience with direct billing to ICBC, WCB, and Third-Party Insurers is required**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or a similar role
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of healthcare services, particularly physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, counseling, and nutrition, is an asset

**Hours**:

- Part-time position is available with the opportunity to move into a full-time position. Weekends and evenings may be required based on clinic needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
