**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong English skills to join our team.

**Duties**
- Daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions
- Providing excellent customer service while displaying phone etiquette on a variety of products
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and ensure timely correspondence for Estimates and Invoices and sending work records
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Organize filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and records
- Coordinate team management activities, fostering a collaborative work environment among staff members
- Assist with budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports as needed
- Provide clerical support by answering multi-line phone systems, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately

**Experience**
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus
- Demonstrated clerical experience with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with team members and external contacts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
