We are looking for a dedicated Medical Coordinator to join us in our **Ottawa** location

**The responsibilities of the Medical Coordinator will include**:

- Assisting Physician with treatment room set up, consent forms and patient photos, clinic flow, follow-up calls, rebookings, and guiding clients through their treatment journey.
- Administrative support.
- Supporting inventory management.
- Special projects as needed.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.

**The successful applicant should have the following qualifications**:

- Two to three years' experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as an Administrative Assistant, Medical Coordinator, or Executive Assistant.
- A bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
- Sales ability combined with the capacity to build relationships over the phone and in-person.
- Must have a “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and be a critical thinker.
- Superior communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and judgment.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support and follow-up to patients.
- Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision.
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
- A background in aesthetics and wellness is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to maintain a sterile environment for treatments.

This role is **part-time** and will transition to **full-time.**
