**Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in the South Asian Food industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business development efforts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
- Speaking Punjabi is asset.
