**Primary Focus**

Responsible for the Accounts Receivable function with guidance rather than supervision from the General Manager. Close collaboration with a small, multi-functional administrative team, Liaison with other office staff, customer representatives, Account Managers, and warehouse to fulfil business commitments and realise efficiencies.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Update and manage customer credit information
- Arrange payment options with customers
- Review, verify and process credit notes
- EDI processing
- Determine hold status of orders
- Track customer bill back and match to annual budgets
- Prepare documentation for manufacturer charge backs on customer bill backs
- Prepare deposits for bank
- Oversee A/R reports / performance
- Prepare monthly reports for management (Aged A/R Listing, Default Accounts)
- Process Month End Statements

**Skills & Qualifications**

2+ years’ experience as an A/R Clerk

Numerical keyboarding

Advance Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Ability to organize and prioritize own work to meet tight deadlines

Positive can-do attitude and proactive team player

Willingness to cross train

Customer service exposure

Excellent oral communication skills

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
