Responsibilities include:

- _Data entry_
- _Assist the controller in sending invoices for multiple companies_
- _A/R and A/P functions_
- _GST / QST Remittance_
- _DAS Remittance_
- _Payroll_
- _Bank Reconciliations_
- _Credit Card Reconciliations_
- _Other general administrative office tasks_
- _Post-secondary education in a related field (Accounting, Administration or Finance)_
- _Experience with the Sage 50 software suite (2 year minimum)_
- _Proficiency in MS Word and Excel_
- _Fluency (written and spoken) in French and English_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Demonstrated ability to work independently_
- _Problem solving skills_
- _Organized_
- _Attention to detail_
- _Shows initiative_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
