Position : Accounting Clerk

Location : 9900 Cavendish, Suite 310, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M 2V2

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Maintain accounting records (bank reconciliations, prepayment to vendors, fixed assets, etc.)
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations: Cash flow, government fillings, etc.
- Conduct monthly budget variance analysis
- Collaborate in process improvements initiatives
- Participate in various special projects

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting;
- 1 to 3 years' experience;
- CMA or CGA title (an asset);
- Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, specifically with Excel;
- Ability to work collaboratively, great communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, solid understanding of accounting principles, problem-solving skills.
