**You as a Workday Testing Lead will**:

- Manage the testing team and ensure that all team members are working towards achieving the project goals
- Track and report on testing progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and Project stakeholders
- Communicate with project stakeholders to make sure test environments and tools are prepared for testing activities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
- Work with Implementation Partner on defect management, investigation, and resolution activities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project objectives
- Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices
- Develop, document, and implement test plans and test reports
- Ensure that test activities are carried out as per the project timelines and requirements

**Is this the right role for you?**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent practical experience in an ERP test lead role
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years of experience in test management
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and test plans
- Experience in test automation frameworks such as SMART, or other open-source or commercial tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on schedule
- Experience in Hybrid project methodology is a plus
- Experience implementing HRIS systems is an asset
