As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing. Location for this position is Anywhere in Canada. Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Preferred Experience Excellent performance engineering experience or equivalent knowledge in Software Engineering. Experience in testing, troubleshooting & providing tuning recommendations for SAP S/4 Hana applications. Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing principles, and cloud-based data platforms. Strong understanding of data profiling, reconciliation, and anomaly detection techniques. Proven experience in data migration projects, ideally involving Snowflake and SQL Server. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus. Strong awareness of testing lifecycle stages with detailed understanding of processes involved in each stage. Experienced in collaborating with a larger team in Global Delivery Model and in client interfacing mode. Good understanding of Agile Methodology with clear concepts of Agile implementation in testing space. Technical skills with ETL tools (e.g., Abinitio, DataStage) is needed. Expect to use any of the ETL tools to build custom scripts for testing. Automation awareness and implementation in testing. Any custom automation scripting language experience in Python is a plus. Effective communication skills, strong analytical ability, and good team player. Should have good knowledge on cloud migration. Quick learner, adapting to dynamic work environment. Good to have Automation exp. in Python, Java. The job entails The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
