Program Test Lead, Mainframe Upgrade – Quality Engineering· Must Haveo At least 12+ years of work experience in Quality Engineering (Testing) in ITo Canadian Banking domain experienceo Leading and managing testing large scale, complex Mainframe applications and migration / upgrade projectso Coordinating with Product, Infrastructure, Technical teams, Stakeholders, Executives, etc.o Working in a matrix organizationo Stakeholder management across multiple areas such as Business, Infrastructure, Network, IT Custodians, Development, etc.· Required Skillso In-depth knowledge in testing Mainframe related applications using Cobol, DB2, SQL, JCL, VSAM, LPAR, CICS, Job schedulers such as Control-D/M, CA7; Banking applicationso Experience in testing various Mainframe application screenso Experience in strategizing Mainframe (hardware) upgrade and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testingo Exposure to Unix/Linux, Shell scriptingo Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skillso Proactive in identifying gaps and raising issueso Knowledge in GUI/Web application testing· Job descriptiono Identify, prepare and plan the Test strategy/approach to test business, infrastructure and batch processing applications during a Mainframe Upgradeo Create and maintain QE documentationo Coordinate, perform or lead UAT, Business and E2E testing activitieso Provide support for Performance testingo Communicate and plan with development teams and stakeholderso Track & plan QE testing progress and provide analysis & metrics on the QE efforto Log and track detailed product defects and support the RCA identificationo Coach and provide mentorship to the testing team, and not afraid to get hands dirtyo Be the single point of contact for all Testing related activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
